Working experience of managing large network. Advanced knowledge of Network Administration, System Administration, troubleshooting of Computer both hardware and software related. Moderate knowledge of website administration and Server Management. Familiarity with Cyber Security and threat protection, Firewall management, IP Telephony management etc. 3 Strong interpersonal skills. Intermediate English speaking skills. The period of contract will be initially for one year extendable on satisfactory performance and good conduct. ii). Candidates will be offered an all-inclusive consolidate pay corresponding to their qualification and experience as approved by the Competent Authority. iii). The University reserves the right to relax experience in exceptional cases, or in the case of persons already holding analogous positions in a Central government /University / Research Institutions/Centre of Excellence. iv). The University may increase/decrease/cancel the number of posts at any time, as it deems fit and without showing any reason. The University’s decision shall be final in this regard. v). About Nalanda University – नालंदा विश्वविद्यालय :
Eight hundred years after the destruction of Nalanda, former President of India Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, while addressing the Bihar State Legislative Assembly, in March 2006 mooted the idea of reviving the university. Almost simultaneously, a proposal termed the “Nalanda Proposal” was forwarded to Government of India by the then Foreign Minister of Singapore Mr. George Yeo (Mr. Yeo is currently the Chancellor of the University). This proposal sought the re-establishment of a University like Nalanda which would once again be the focal point of Asia. The State Government of Bihar quickly adopted the visionary idea and consulted the Government of India on the way ahead. It also began its search for a suitable location for the new Nalanda University.
